SALES/ORDER INFORMATION: Orders will be filled within 1-3 days of placement... (unless otherwise notified). When your order is processed, you will receive a receipt via e-mail that your order has been completed. SHIPPING: Standard Shipping is conducted through UPS unless otherwise notified by the buyer with UPS Standard Shipping Rates applying.
SALES TAX: Internet sales may be subject to sales tax depending on the state. Sales tax will apply to these orders when filled. Nebraska residents will be charged a 7% Sales Tax.
Guaranteed Satisfaction or Your Money Back: We are committed to happy customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your Liquid Courage Watersports purchase just ship it back within 30 days and we will refund your money within 10 days of receiving the return (less your cost to ship the product) . Please include a note indicating why you are returning the item. Products can not be damaged or missing parts, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. If your order has anything unacceptable when you receive it, just give us a call and we will promptly send out repair or replacement parts to make sure you're happy. Liquid Courage Watersports products carry a 1-Year Warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. All apparel sales are final. Please refer to Warranty specifics regarding any additional parts.
Liquid Courage Watersports Warranty
Liquid Courage Watersports warrants this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover lost parts or product surfaces, as their care cannot be controlled by the manufacturer, nor does is cover any damage sustained as a result of any modification, improper installation, or improper use of the product not previously approved in writing by Liquid Courage. Liquid Courage’s liability under this Limited Warranty shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the defective goods. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIQUID COURAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT IN NO WAY LIMITED TO, DAMAGE TO BOATS OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY, TRANSPORTATION CHARGES, OR COSTS OF INSTALLATION OR REMOVAL OF THE PRODUCT. Defects must be reported within 30 days of discovery and parts must be returned in order for this Limited Warranty to remain in effect. If you need to make a warranty claim, contact Liquid Courage at sales@liquidcouragewatersports.com or write to P.O. Box 528, Gretna, NE 69028, to request a return authorization number which is required for all claims. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
